    ¤    Custom orders requiring special parts may take up to 2 business days

How long will shipping take?
    ¤    We ship from our company owned warehouse in Carlsbad, California
    ¤    Our standard carriers are DHL, FedEX and UPS
    ¤    Transit to Western USA is usually 1 to 2 business days
    ¤    Transit to Central USA is usually 2 to 4 business days
    ¤    Transit to Eastern USA is up to 5 business days
    ¤    Faster service is available on our shopping cart at additional cost

How do we calculate shipping charges?
    ¤    All of the costs shown in our shopping cart are the actual costs we pay to our carrier…And, we are tenacious in
          negotiating the best rates! 
    ¤    We also offer various freight promotions from time to time. You can be assured that your freight charges will be
          applied exactly as promised.

PO Boxes 
Sorry, we do not ship to boxes located in US Post Offices. We can ship to businesses that rent boxes to you.

Returns
We will accept your return for any reason within 30 days. After that, well, you think of a good reason, and we'll listen. No matter what, we promise to be helpful and courteous.
    ¤    We'll accept your opened packages
    ¤    We'll refund your entire purchase amount including ground freight to you.
    ¤    We will ask you to pay the return freight (Except for damage or defective returns below) or we can deduct that
          amount from your credit.

To return, please send the following information to :
    ¤     Our Invoice Number
    ¤     Returning Item number and how many
    ¤     Name and phone number
    ¤     Reason for returning the item

We will respond with an RA# (Return Authorization Number) and return label that you can apply to your carton. Returns without an RA number and our instructions are more easily delayed or miss-shipped. We cannot issue a credit if we do not receive your return.

Damaged, Defective or Missing Parts
If you receive a damaged or defective item or are missing parts, contact us at within 5 business days for further instructions. Please retain the original carton and packing materials in case they are needed for returning the product. We will make every effort to resolve the problem quickly and completely to your satisfaction. Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for damages that are not reported within 5 days of arrival.

Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order, best be quick! We try to ship the same day and once it goes, the order cannot be cancelled. If you cancel an order after it has shipped, it becomes a return subject to the conditions above.

Complaint Resolution
OK. We're not perfect. If something goes wrong with your purchase, please tell us what happened and give us the opportunity to make it right. If at any time, you don't feel completely comfortable with the results or the way your problem has been handled, please feel free to send a frank, non-sugar coated email directly to our president at .
