In 1990, Spectrum Concepts created
a new niche…Media
Organizers for Furniture makers.
At that time, furniture makers did not provide dedicated storage for CD's or tapes. Being from the woodworking industry, we realized that furniture needed to store media and work for every consumer's collection. So we set out to develop the finest universal organizers that would allow makers of entertainment centers and desks to provide a great new feature that worked for every furniture buyer.
We design and patent everything we make. Our products are
only produced in our plants.
All of our products are available on flipworks.com. Some of our Flipworks products are also available from select internet and storefront retailers.
So far, over 60 million Spectrum organizers have been pre-installed
in furniture made by our clients.
Our products have been standard features in furniture made by Thomasville, Bush, O'Sullivan, Drexel Heritage, Ethan Allen…virtually every brand you can think of.

True, we do like selling truckloads to our furniture clients. We love designing every product we make in our Carlsbad engineering center. Some of our customers chide us for taking forever to develop new products…we just want every product to be the very best we can possibly make it.
Manufacturing and Distribution - Just tell us how many and how fast!
Our production is split between our Southern California plant and our partner plant in Southern China. Both plants follow our strict quality standards as do our stocking warehouses in California and Hong Kong.
